The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine on their Harmonization with the Law of Ukraine "On the Fundamentals of State Regulatory Policy in the Economic Activity Sector"

Pursuant to the Law, normative-legal acts of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and interagency normative-legal acts on competitive policy, development and protection of competition and de-monopolization of economy treated as regulatory acts shall be drafted, scrutinized, adopted and promulgated in conformity to the Law "On the Fundamentals of State Regulatory Policy in the Economic Activity Sector."

A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No.3277.
